Minimum transfer of 700,000 Baht or more between 1 April - 30 April, 2021.

  1. Eligible customers will be notified on May 10, 2021.
  2. The Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa voucher ("the reward") will be given to eligible customers.
  3. Eligible customers are responsible for applicable withholding tax (3%) upon receiving the reward received through the promotion.
  4. Eligible customers must present a valid official identity document i.e. national ID or passport in order to receive the reward.
  5. In case the customers cannot pick up the reward themselves, customers can appoint 1 representative with 1. Power of Attorney 2. Copy of representative's ID card with a signature in order to receive the reward at the branch.
  6. Eligible customers must come to pick up the reward at DeeMoney Soi 8 branch themselves and appoint a representative.
  7. Eligible customers are solely responsible for all associated costs, fees, expenses, and other charges that are directly or indirectly related to the stay using the reward  (e.g., baggage fees, tips, souvenirs, laundry service, spa treatments, meals, alcoholic beverages, phone or internet charges, ground transportation, parking, insurance)
  8. Eligible customers must not elect to receive cash.
  9. Eligible customers must not elect a different hotel destination.
  10. Eligible customers must arrange their own booking directly with the hotel.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. One Night At Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa Garden Room
  2. The voucher can only be used Sunday - Friday
  3. Inclusive of breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years old)
  4. 500 THB Resort credit (Resort credit cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts)
  5. Staying Period 1st May 2021 - 31st October 2021 (Subject to hotel availability)

Pick-up Procedure

  1. Eligible customer must present their valid official ID i.e. National ID or Passport in order to receive the prize.
  2. Eligible customers are responsible to pay 3% withholding tax in cash upon receiving the prize
  3. Eligible customers can pick up the prize between 15 March 2021 - 30 April 2021 at DeeMoney Sukhumvit 8 branch during operating time.
  4. Eligible customer who is unable to pick up the prize themselves can appoint 1 representative to pick up the prize on behalf of themselves.
  5. Eligible customer must notify DeeMoney staff before appointing their representative
  6. The appointed representative must carry eligible customer's ID in order to pick up the prize

CONSENT & LICENSE TO PUBLICITY AND USE:  Except where prohibited by law, each person, by receiving the reward, consents and grants to the Company (and its agents and assigns) the worldwide, perpetual, royalty free, fully paid, irrevocable, sublicensable, and unrestricted right and license to use and exploit all materials and information submitted in connection with the entry to the Promotion (e.g., entrant’s name, voice, likeness, biographical information, email address, photographs, videos) in any manner or media whatsoever (e.g., websites, social media channel posts) for any promotional or publicity purposes without limitation.  If the entry materials incorporate other individuals (e.g., an image or video of another person) or incorporate another individual’s intellectual property, then the entrant must secure all necessary releases, clearances, and permissions to allow Company to use and exploit those materials consistent with the above license grant.
