2. The next 4 free transfers are only valid within the same month of the first transaction
3. Only New Filipino customers or existing Filipino customers who move from the old DeeMoney app are eligible for the 200 THB Grab voucher once complete the registration on the DeeMoney Neo (with valid Philippine passport)

75 THB Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is applicable for transaction to the Philippines only
2. Promotion is available for both account credit and cash pick up
3. Pending/rejected/refunded transaction will be counted as 1 transaction. If you wish you cancel your pending transaction, kindly reach out to our Customer Support
4. The next 4 transactions must be completed within the calendar month, unused transactions will be voided
5. 1 Customer is eligible for the promotion only once per month

Grab Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. 1 Membership ID is eligible for only 1 Grab voucher
2. Only for Filipino customers are eligible for this promotion
3. The offer is only valid for individual customer only
4. Eligible customers will receive the voucher within 3 working days
5. Eligible customers are responsible for any taxes incurred from the reward and needed to pay upon receiving the reward
6. In case we are unable to fulfill the Grab voucher, customer will be given other cash voucher equivalent to the value of 1 eligible Grab voucher
7. Grab voucher can only be used with GrabFood service only
8. The reward will be distributed via registered email
9. The reward cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
10. DeeMoney is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
11. DeeMoney reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the transaction is used for any criminal purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or when the transaction is cancelled after DeeMoney granted the privileges under this promotion to the members.
12. DeeMoney reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, DeeMoney’s decision is deemed final.

If you don’t wish to have this information migrated, please inform us on our support channels and let us know. Please note that we will be decommissioning the current (red) app by 15 Nov 2022, after which migration of your data will not be possible.
